(100mm x 100mm x 100mm) During the month of February, I will be attending and competing in Sapporo, Japan's Internation Snow Carving Competition along with two other members which make up the Portland Snow Carving Team. This combination of 3D printed, 2D Printed and Handmade items will be gifted to the hosts of the 68th annual Sapporo Snow Festival as a sign of gratitude from the Portland Sister City Council, the PNCA Students and Faculty representing the Portland Snow Carving Team. The 3D printed and painted maquette shown in white is 1/33.333 scale of the actual snow sculpture the Portland Snow Carving Team will be making in competition against 10 other international teams of artists.
